The Studies collection is inspired by the exploratory process of pattern making itself.

How do varying line weights read and play off of each other when strategically placed? How do small shapes and markings move throughout a pattern when shifted and rotated? Almost as if these patterns are still in the planning stages, the collection of LINE, GRID and FLORA exhibit subtle shifts in line weight, shape placement and value, creating visual interest and cohesion in the final outcome. The Kraft colorway is a nod to utilitarian kraft paper and to a work-in-progress.
